  • Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, downloads, online trainings): Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • Physical Products (e.g., books): Refunds are available within 14 days of receipt if the item is faulty or damaged. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

  • One-on-One Sessions: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or missed sessions.
